The Mansion, Grounds and Carriage House all provide unusual and memorable experiences for private functions, weddings and receptions. The hospitality and professional service of the staff create a friendly and efficient atmosphere. The heritage, charm, and panoramic beauty of the 200 year old Estate ensure a relaxing and elegant environment for working retreats or social events.

Mansion and immediate Grounds
The main house can accommodate approximately 150 guests in 6 rooms, including the elegant ballroom. Additional guest space is available through the use of porticos, lawn and gardens.

Guests at daytime functions are encouraged to view other structures and landscape features between the Mansion and Estate Railroad Station.

Grounds only
Guests may choose to use only the areas of porticos, lawn, and Formal Italian Garden.
 
 
The Carriage House at Oak Ridge
The Carriage House at Oak Ridge contains banquet space for up to 362 guests or seminar seating for 775 guests (space for smaller groups can be created). This new facility is the first major structural addition to Oak Ridge Estate in several decades. The architecture carries over many of the features of the original 1911 Carriage House on the Estate. It provides a unique venue in a setting of grace and beauty for any function.
